Mikaela & Matt - A Vintage Inspired Engagement Session [Pt.1]

Sometimes when I start a shoot I just KNOW it's going to be good. This was one of those days.

Mikaela had approached me about incorporating a 1930's feel into her and Matt's engagement session.  I was MORE than obliged.  I absolutely love an opportunity to play, and play we did!  We started the session in a laundromat-- a place that seems forever stuck in the sixties.  Even though we were stared and laughed at by on-goers, it was completely and utterly worth every second.  I know I like pictures when I start getting click-happy and hyper on a shoot. Too many beautiful options for pictures, too little time!!@#$!

Mikaela and Matt were perfect, and perfectly in love.  Mikaela's a classic beauty.  A few pin curls, red lips, and polka dot shirt later she's straight out of Hollywood circa 1930.  The camera loved her.

Are you in love yet?
